My biggest concerns are hyperpigmentation on my cheeks and forehead, crows feet, and my aging neck. Thus far, I truly see an improvement with my hyperpigmentation issues. The best part is that I could see an improvement in my skin tone within just a few weeks. -Faster than Hydroquinone. 

This device is really beneficial during summer months to target discoloration, which can drastically worsen with days spent in the sun and at the beach. Dull skin can make you look older than you, so the brightening benefits have been wonderful. I love the fact this device can be used on aging hands, neck and chest too! I do find that my crows feet and neck lines are taking a little longer to improve.

Definitely pair with a vitamin C serum to fully take advantage the brightening, lightening, and age delaying effects of both products.

Key Ingredient(s): Vitamin C - Formula-wise, this is among the least impressive of the numerous BB creams the cosmetic industry offers. It does not contain enough good-for-your-skin beneficial extras.

• Hyaluronic Acid - (in its salt form, sodium hyaluonate) Can boost skin's moisture content and help prevent moisture loss. It is the most powerful moisturizer and humectant known so far. Provides smoothness and softening to the skin. Can reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
• Glycerin (moisturizes) - is a humectant and extremely hygroscopic, meaning it readily absorbs water from other sources. So, in part, glycerin works because of its ability to attract water from the environment and from the lower layers of skin (dermis) increasing the amount of water in the surface layers of skin.
• Vitamin C (antioxidant) Ascorbyl Glucoside- In general, vitamin C is a collagen boosting antioxidant vital for glowing skin. It is anti-inflammatory, controls oil, hydrates, lightens discoloration, wards off free-radicals, produces healthy collagen and healthy collagen equals plumper skin. There is more information on this ingredient at the end of my blog.

Other Ingredients: Other than the ingredients mentioned above, this product contains mostly emollients, polymers, and thickeners. There are also several fragrant ingredients and over-drying alcohol substances that are not good the skin.

Shades: Two (Light/Medium & Medium/Deep) - Both of which are on the peachy side. Since, this is not as sheer as a tinted moisturizer, the peachy tint can look more obvious.

Fragrant Scent: Strong citrus - Contains numerous fragrance ingredients known to cause irritation and has a potentially problematic amount of skin-damaging alcohol.

Texture: Lightweight thin cream - Feels more like a rich lotion when applied.

Coverage: Light to Medium - Spreads very easily for effortless blending. A little goes a long way.

Finish: Satin-like - It sets to a satin finish that feels slightly moist, making this a perfect option for dryer skin types.

Results: Dewy glow - Leaves skin with a radiant sheen that can look somewhat greasy

PInkyPrIss Review: Aren't BB creams are supposed to contain several beneficial ingredients? I went through and researched each ingredient and basically there are just three notable ingredients, Hyaluronic Acid, Glycerin, and Vitamin C. - I wouldn't call that enough good-for-your-skin ingredients to call this product a BB Cream. I agree with Totalbeauty.com users, that this is more like a tinted moisturizer with and SPF. Even Allure.com calls it a “tinted facial moisturizer” in their product review. This is perfectly fine product to use, but when I recommend a product I want it to be exceptional.

MORE PRODUCT INFORMATION: 

Ascorbyl glucoside is a form of vitamin C combined with glucose. The FutureDerm Blog notes, because it gets broken down into L-ascorbic acid, it has the same functions as L-ascorbic acid: exhibiting high antioxidant activity, acting as a coenzyme for enzymes involved in collagen synthesis (namely prolyl and lysyl hydroxylase), and inhibiting the synthesis of melanin. Key Ingredient(s): Physalis angulata extract, derived from a plant in the Brazilian rainforest, it's anti-inflammatory and helps soften the skin. Product works to hydrate the skin with some very powerful ingredients:

• Saw palmetto, conditions your skin for a long-lasting moisture.
• Vitamin E, provides the skin with antioxidant protection against free-radical damage, preventing premature aging.  
• CO Enzyme Q10: Increases elasticity and cell renewal. 
• Vitamin K: Helps diminish vascular conditions such as dark circles, redness from Rosacea, and broken capillaries
• Vitamin A: Powerful skin renewal booster that energizes cells, kills off dead cells, and produces new ones. Diminishes wrinkles and may help promote the production of skin-building compounds.

SPF: 20 - Contains both chemical and physical sunblock ingredients: oxtinoxate 7.5% (chemical) octyisalate 5% (chemical) oxybenzone 2% (chemical) zinc oxide 0.85% (physical). Note: Although this foundation provides broad-spectrum sun protection on its own, you must apply it liberally and evenly to get the stated level of protection. A sheer or spot application will not provide the amount of sun protection the label indicates.

Shades: Seven - (Translucent, Light, Medium, Medium Tan, Tan, Dark, Deep Dark). There are several excellent sheer shades plus a Colorless option, which would function well under your regular makeup. Skin Transformer's shade range presents options for fair to dark skin tones, which is great.

Olive skin is very yellowy-pale, but the medium is my EXACT skin color. If you're tan, go for a darker color than medium. If you have fair to medium skin color, I would definitely not suggest that you order the product in Light. The light looks darker than it is but it goes on light. Medium Tan has red undertones.

Texture: Creamy - This product feels more soft, silky air. Very light. Truly weightless, it feels like you have nothing on. Plus, redness and uneven tone are perfectly corrected.

Consistency: Silky, Silicone Enriched - it has a whipped mouse-like consistency

Coverage: Sheer - It  is definitely sheer, so this is not a replacement for your foundation. Increase the amount of product to build coverage and customize your look.

Complexion: Luminous - In an instant, skin transforms into a gorgeous complexion that looks luminous.

Finish: Velvety smooth, matte - it's soft, slightly powdery but non-drying matte finish. It gives me a flawless finish, fine lines disappear, my age spots don't show. Best of all, no one can tell that it's on!

Results: Radiant glow - This enhances skin while it’s worn, just like most tinted moisturizers. Finish helps improve your skin’s texture while adding a subtle glow (from the mineral pigment mica). Achieve a radiant, airbrushed complexion in seconds with the skin-soothing color minerals and enjoy the sheer, light finish with buildable coverage possibilities.

Best Usage: Daily, AM - Apply to clean skin. Use a pearl-sized amount and smooth onto face and neckline with fingertips. Apply more product to build coverage and to customize your look.
